Orchard Specialist
Job Description
To work as a part of an Orchard specialist Team completing tasks as required, these can include structural, irrigation,young plant and grafting work. Monitor production targets and outcomes set by the supervisor to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner without re-work.
Full time work, may require weekend work. Must have own vehicle and hold a full licence.
Must be reliable , honest and a team player. Accurate time and record keeping. High level of Health and safety consciousness.
Is easily contactable and uses initiative.
Good communication skills and work ethic.
