We are an essential service so will be operating but we need to ensure that anyone coming to our sites meets the requirements of the Government.
As such if you are to start work with us we must have absolute confirmation that you will only attend work and home, you will not have visitors outside your “home bubble”, you will limit grocery shopping and at all times maintain the social distance requirements.
We will need you to be sure you have not travelled in the last 14 days or been in contact with anyone who has.
You must also ensure that if you are unwell at any time you immediately contact management, further information will be provided to anyone that starts.
It is vital to us as employers to keep everyone safe so adherence to these requirements will be mandatory and we will request each person to sign a declaration as confirmation.

BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE WORK AVAILABLE. SEASON IS DUE TO START ON APPROX 14 April, we will take applications from now (if you would like an application sent to you, please email us letting us know if you would like to work inside or outside).
Currently we are looking for both planters and trimmers for our busy planting season. Planters work outside (Clevedon Takanini Rd, Ardmore) and start early in the morning, Trimmers start a bit later in the morning and work inside (5 Campana Rd, Wiri). Finish time for both roles varies. Work available from Monday to Friday and possibly weekend work as well.
Transport from collection points may be available.
Most of the work available is paid by bonus piecerate - where you are required to produce enough to earn at least the current minimum wage to retain your position. If you are earning more than the minimum wage and producing quality work then you are paid by bonus piecerate (higher than the minimum wage).
For all other information regarding the work available please refer to the contract provided to you when you complete your application.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
