Duties will include organising the hiring of staff, liaising with the Business owner and Vineyard Team Supervisors regarding work requirements,record keeping of both Vineyard information and Payroll information and collating the payroll information. Your will have had at least two years' experience as a vineyard supervisor. A good understanding of English and the ability to communicate to Non-English speaking applicants is essential.
The successful applicant will enjoy working in a team environment, have a good understanding of RES requirements, and during peak seasonal times, be prepared to work out of hours. Remuneration will be based on experience and qualifications.
