Job Description

The Godley Hotel in Lake Tekapo is looking for a F&B Attendant 

Core Tasks to achieve this purpose will be:

 To manage the food and beverage outlet in association with The Head Chef and Restaurant Manager in every aspect.
 To organise that the restaurant is served efficiently and effectively ensuring the needs of all Guests are given priority over any other activities.
 To assist the Head Chef to implement effective food and liquor management policies and achieve budgeted cost of sales and wage costs,
 To maintain all standards of safety, security, hygiene and administration and comply with the legal requirements established through The Sale of Liquor Act, The Food Control Plan, and other regulatory bodies.
 To work hours deemed necessary to fulfil the business needs of The Godley hotel which includes the close down of each shift
 To assist the Head Chef to implement and maintain established food control programme requirements.
 To promote and maintain a highly professional personal image reflecting the standing and image of the Company within the community at large.
 To assist the kitchen with cleaning tasks
