Hans Herzog wine estate has an exciting opportunity for young creative and ambitious Chef de Partie to join an International team in beautiful, sunny Marlborough.  

If you are capable of creating modern European fresh market cuisine on a high level and have the following skills:
• Experience from a Restaurant Gastronomique (Gault Millau, Guide Michelin) would be preferred
• Great attention to detail and a quality focus
• High standard of hygiene and cleanliness
• Able to work independently
• You need to qualify for a NZ working holiday visa or have a valid NZ work visa
