We are looking for experienced vintage Cellar Hands/Lab Assistants to help us with the 2020 harvest. The job will be at our winery in Marlborough, starting late February/early March 2020. The role will be varied and may involve all aspects of winery production including receiving fruit, press operation, filtration, cleaning/sanitisation, inoculation, racking, additions, plunging, barrel work, forklift driving, and laboratory analysis. Candidates must be flexible to work varying shifts during harvest and at its peak period, 12 hour shifts, 6 days per week, will be required. Whilst on 12 hour shifts, a meal will be provided.
The successful applicants will have at least two vintgaes of winery experience and preferably be able to operate a forklift. All successful applicants will be offered an in-house induction and training for their roles, consider health and safety first and be open to learning our processes and procedures. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about being part of our team, and will work hard as well as have fun.
