Job Description
• This role involves the handling and primary processing of fresh small animal skins throughout the fellmongery process. Separating wool from the skin, and preservation of skins.
• Manually moving and lifting fresh skins
• Trimming skins, using a knife
• Working in a continuous on-line processing system
• Operating process machinery
• Packing products and palletising
• Cleaning and routinely checking process equipment
• Prior experience in rostered shift work
• Good communicator
