Our Company operates two well-known venues in Queenstown - Amisfield Restaurant and Jack's Point Restaurant.

At Amisfield Restaurant our philosophy has always been to celebrate the best of what’s local and in season. Our dishes represent the work of a small group of fishermen, hunters, gatherers and farmers we have chosen to work with for the quality of their produce, as well as their commitment to sustainability and ethical farming practices.

This philosophy plays an important part to a mission of welcoming guests to our restaurant for a dining experience that will excite, challenge, entertain and satisfy with a seasonal menu that highlights both the finest local produce and our wines.

Our Jack's Point Restaurant is situated on the edge of Lake Tewa, surrounded by Jack’s Point championship golf course which is billed as one of the world’s most spectacular golf courses. Back dropped by the incredible Remarkables Mountain Range, the architecturally designed restaurant provides its customers with a picturesque place to enjoy the seasonally inspired and perfectly prepared cuisine on offer.

We are currently looking for talented people to fill the following positions:

- Sous Chef at Amisfield Restaurant

- Chef de Partie at Amisfield and Jack's Point Restaurants

- Junior Pastry Chef at Jack's Point Restaurant

In addition to the above, we are looking for Kitchenhands to support our kitchen teams.
