About the Role
Reporting to a Vineyard Manager, this role is in the vineyards where the journey of our award-winning wine begins. You would be responsible for daily duties that bring us quality year after year: machine operation, supervising seasonal workers, and caring for our vineyards.

Key Responsibilities
o Following all safety procedures, ensuring proper PPE, incident reporting, etc
o Supervision of seasonal workers
o Mulching, spraying, trimming, plucking, and general maintenance of the vines
o Trellis and irrigation maintenance
o Harvest operations

About You
o A team player with a can-do attitude
o Experience in vineyards or in a similar industry is preferred; Growsafe, first aid and onsite training is provided
o Seasonal work (harvest, spraying, frost fighting, etc) may require flexibility of hours or shift work
o A current driver’s licence
