Mandarin Picking

Hewitt's Orchard is a family owned mandarin orchard in Waiharara 25 kms north of Kaitaia. We are looking for mandarin pickers. Must be fit with a strong back. Honest, reliable and hardworking, also great attitude and optimism essential. Full training will be provided must speak good english. Clean criminal history a must. You can not be allergic to bees. The mandarin pickers are on contract rate the harder you work the more you earn on contract. Gumboots and raincoats a must as some days will be drizzly, layers essential as some morning will be cool with the sun warming up in the late morning and afternoons. Must have working holiday visa, IRD number and bank account number. Need you own transport. Work depend on the weather and packhouse. Great place to work close to beaches and walks.
