Outdoor Vegetable Production Assistant - Broccoli Cutters

I'm looking for THREE WHV/SSE visa holders to come and harvest broccoli on a family farm in Southbridge (50km from Christchurch city) starting NOW until May/June 2021.

You'll be paid a piece rate of $2.25 per crate harvested in your team (opportunity to make above minimum) and topped up to $20/hour if you don't meet the piece rate at first.

We'll have music blasting and dishing out ice blocks on hot days. Must be physically fit! Cutting until May/June 2021 and a $300 BONUS if you stay for the whole fixed term!

Come stay at the Rakai Hutts campground and be minutes away from the beach (AMAZING fishing), swimming holes and a local pool for after work dips and nature reserve for walks on your days off.

We also have accommodation available. $110 per week (power, unlimited internet and amenities incl.)

You'll be rostered on 4-5 days/week and are 45min drive from the exciting Christchurch City with amazing bike parks, botanical gardens, beaches and nightlife. Hours of work are 30-40 per week (++more if you're keen). Days are 6-12 hours long. This varies depending on crop availability. Heaps to cut in March/April and longer days with more hours available to make some bank before travelling again.

We're close to Akaroa, Lyttleton, Kaikora and Washpen Falls for weekend getaways and exploring.
