Orchard foreman

Sunpeach Orchard, located in Hastings, is looking for an Orchard Foreman to join their team. Sunpeach is a progressive apple growing business working closely with AgFirst and implements a considerable amount of new varieties, technology and systems. This is your opportunity to upskill into management or be satisfied working long term in a progressive orchard atmosphere.

Experience with all aspects of apple production is essential including pruning, spraying and team leadership. Ideally the applicant would be an effective communicator with good leadership and interpersonal skills. We are looking for a person that can work in a team environment and is self-motivated with a can do attitude. A hands on practical approach is a must.
