You will be responsible for:

Breaking down carcass, boning, cutting, grinding and preparing meats according to customer specification

Operating butchery machines: bone saw, mincer, skinner, weighing scale, vacuum sealer, etc

Weighing, grading and wrapping cut meats, and preparing them for packaging

Operating packing machines such as vacuum packers, pressers, stretch film wrappers, boxing labels, weighing scales or machines, and other packaging equipment

Gutting and evisceration, pelting, offal tray

Skills you require:

Attention to detail and the ability to listen and follow directions

Ability to adapt to change and willing to learn new and unfamiliar skills

Be a strong team player

Strong communication skills

Able to pass a preemployment drug test.
