Pre-requisite: standing on concrete floors all day, good hand/eye co-ordination, good teamwork, good level of fitness, follow instructions.
Description: receive fruit, quick inspection (quality), place fruit into box provided, flatten into tray, cover with plastic sheet, close box, push to stacker.
