Various Vineyard Positions Available

We are a locally-owned Vineyard Management Company based in Cromwell who manage and assist many local, national and internationally-owned vineyards in Central Otago, and the Waitaki. We are involved with both commercial as well as ultra premium-style vineyards. Our team consists of enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals who have strong work ethics and take pride in their work. We are currently looking for a range of staff to join our positive and fun-loving team.We provide training and guidance throughout the duration of work for all of our employees.

We are looking for people to fill the following roles:

Seasonal Vineyard Worker: This role will be suited to those who have had pruning experience, are determined and self-motivated. We offer an hourly wage, as well as a large volume of contract work. For motivated workers, this offers the potential to earn well above minimum wage.

Vineyard Crew Leader: This position should be filled by someone who has had vineyard experience, particularly working with the supervisors, managers as well as seasonal vineyard workers, to aid in the productivity of people and vines alike.

Vineyard Tractor Operator: This role would require someone that has had vineyard experience and multiple years of tractor experience.
