Hostel Cleaner

We are looking for the right person to fill the role as Cleaner at our newly renovated 5 star silver Qualmark awarded historic backpackers on the waterfront in Tauranga CBD!

We are a 5 star silver Qualmark backpackers in the heart of Tauranga. We are the largest hostel in Tauranga with 110 beds total located on the waterfront right in the CBD of Tauranga city. The property has three kitchens, 16 bathrooms and 3 common areas all divided over 2 levels. The large balcony with harbour views is the star of the building and it could become your ‘office’! The size of the property and large number of guests requires a great responsibility.

For this position we require you to have the following:

- Must speak fluent English
- Must be a responsible person with great work ethic
- Must be courteous and have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Having Cleaning experience at a similar accommodation is a bonus
- Deliver and maintain quality service so we can ensure that guests are comfortable in a clean room and space
- Second language is a bonus.

20 Hours per week Working on weekends and public holidays
