Job Description

We are looking for people with:

Fantastic communication skills

The ability to lead and coach

Previous winery experience - 2 - 3 vintages

A positive and collaborative attitude Strong initiative and self-motivation

The ability to multitask

The attributes of a team player with a good sense of humour (and the ability to put up with ours!)

As you will be supervising a team of fixed term vintage employees, you will have previous experience in the wine industry particularly in the winery environment during the busy vintage period.

The successful applicants would be expected to start in early March 2021, for a period of 6-8 weeks. During the peak harvest period 12-hour shifts, six days a week can be expected. Non NZ citizens/residents will need to have a valid NZ Work Visa.
