Bar Manager

We are on the hunt to fill our vacant bar manager's role.

Ideal BAR MANAGER candidates will have the following attributes:

- Experience with waiting tables and familiar with general sequence of service standards

- Solid wine knowledge

- Confident with table service

- Can run a shift

- Energetic and happy attitude

- Keen to work some serious hours in a fast paced environment

- Bar work experience is a must

- Passionate about delivering the best experience to our customers

- Works with a sense of urgency

- Experience with cocktails

- Know how to change a keg and post mix

- Understand the importance of stock rotation and ordering

- Not shy of heavy lifting
