Wellness Partner - Aged Care, Albany Aria Gardens Care Village Aria Gardens Home & Hospital More jobs from this company Our care village, located in Albany, is looking for full-time, part-time and casual wellness partners/caregivers who truly want to make a difference to how we care and support our older person. The Wellness Partner not only looks after the very important daily cares of our resident but also contributes to their quality of life and wellbeing. Our aim is to support our resident to Live Well in all aspects of their daily life. As part of our team you would not only be responsible for care but also for engaging our residents for example: helping with many of the clubs and activities that we have planned this coming year as well as various projects planned for the enhancement of residents lives. You will have a positive upbeat can-do attitude and be willing to join in to enrich the lives of others.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Eligibility to work in NZ on a permanent basis

Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)

High energy, enthusiasm and be a team player

An empathetic and caring nature Be able to get reliable transport to and from work

A desire to bring your talents and hobbies into everyday work life

NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, Diversional Therapy or similar relevant qualification - good to have but not essential.
