Hotel Services Manager

Job Description

As a Service Manager, we expect you to:-

Have had a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in a number of hospitality roles. Work weekends and evenings on a rostered basis that will provide two consecutive days off. There is the flexibility to swap shifts with others when required.

You will expect the highest of customer service from yourself and your team, have an ability to lead from the front and inspire the team. Have the ability to take care of stock movements. Build relationships internally and externally with staff, management, clients and suppliers.

Be flexible in duties and tasks. To work with each team (Housekeeping, Bar, Kitchen, Front of House & Management) to assist with duties and implementing systems to streamline and improve profitability. To provide additional cover in any of the above departments and feedback where you think things can improve.

To ensure and maintain the delivery of services to our guests across all departments by assisting management to maintain and implement system delivery.
